Make an Impact By
Legal & Contract Management
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial, procurement, partnership, technology, and vendor agreements.
- Provide practical legal advice on commercial, operational, and regulatory matters.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks.
- Support strategic business initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Drive sourcing, supplier selection, contract management, and procurement governance activities.
- Manage supplier onboarding, lifecycle management, master data governance, and supplier risk assessments.
- Execute sourcing strategies, RFQs, ITQs, and procurement activities while ensuring policy compliance.
- Support procurement operations, including purchase requisition-to-purchase order processes and supplier engagement.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
People & Culture (HR)
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Support talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, career development, and HR best practices.
- Drive culture-building initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
Skills for Success
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in Legal, Procurement, Supplier Governance, Strategic Sourcing, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Business Partnering functions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
- Experience working with enterprise systems and digital platforms such as SAP, Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa, SuccessFactors, or similar solutions is an advantage.
