Senior Legal Contract Manager (IT/ Network)

This role is based in Malaysia and responsible for commercial contract reviewing, drafting, and negotiate contracts with domestic and global suppliers and partners, as well as providing remote legal support to IT, Networks and Property team of Singapore Telecommunications Limited based in Singapore. The candidate will act as a strategic legal partner to these business units resolving their legal needs. He/she should demonstrate a strong willingness to engage in developing strategies and also take the lead in resolving legal and commercial challenges.

Make an Impact by:

  • Draft, review, negotiate and advise on all aspects of procurement, partnership, and other contracts with suppliers and partners for Singtel’s business units.
  • Pro-actively advise on legal, commercial and operational risk issues holistically as part of providing legal advice on the contracts.
  • Work closely with the various business lines, and relevant stakeholders to provide pragmatic, robust legal solutions consistent with the Singtel Group’s policies. 
  • Ensure documentation is systematically maintained with adequate processes and policies in place, and that organizational memory is retained, within the corporate business group.
  • Collaborate, report to and work under the supervision of the Legal team at Singtel, Singapore.

 

Skills for Success: 

  • Degree in Law and admitted to practice in Malaysia / Singapore or the UK
  • Minimum of 12 to 15 years’ PQE, gained either as an in‑house lawyer or with a reputable commercial law firm.
  • Strong legal analytical skills with a good eye for detail and sound knowledge of general corporate and contract law.
  • Excellent contract drafting skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and to meet critical deadlines.
  • Able to work well both independently as a legal professional and custodian of the company’s policies and as well as working collaboratively as part of a team.

 

Manager, Supplier Lifecycle & Governance

The Manager, Supplier Lifecycle & Governance is responsible for managing the end-to-end supplier lifecycle across onboarding, master data governance, digital enablement, and supplier risk oversight within KL GBS.

 

Make an Impact by:

Supplier Onboarding & Lifecycle Management: 

  • Lead end-to-end supplier onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with governance, documentation, and system requirements.

Vendor Master Data Governance

  • Oversee vendor master data integrity across procurement and ERP systems (e.g., Ivalua, SAP, AcuBuy).

Supplier Risk Management & Compliance

  • Execute supplier risk assessments during onboarding and periodic reviews of active suppliers.

 

Manager, Tactical Sourcing

This Sourcing Specialist will be part of the team of Sourcing Specialists, reporting into the Manager, Corporate Procurement for Tactical Sourcing. The team has the deliverables of performing sourcing for low value purchases and due diligence review to validate compliance against Singtel’s Group Procurement Policy and authorization limits, provides sourcing support services to Strategic Sourcing/Category Managers who manage higher tiers of spend.

 

Make an Impact by:

  • Participate in the team’s agenda to execute tactical sourcing strategies across the organization; ensure coherent supplier selection, sourcing decisions and product development
  • Report cost savings using established cost savings methodologies
  • Drive monthly portfolio reporting and review with strategic sourcing managers, for their overall category planning

 

Skills for Success:

  • Degree in business/finance related
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in sourcing/ Procurement
  • Strong understanding of source to pay process
  • Has handled high volumes of spot-buy, ITQs, RFQs
  • Sourcing platforms like Ariba, Emptoris, Coupa

 

Procurement Buyer

The Procurement Buyer is responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of transactional procurement activities, ensuring timely and compliant purchasing across the organization. This role mainly focusing on converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders, the Procurement Buyer enables efficiency, compliance, and visibility in day-to-day procurement operations.

1. PR-to-PO Processing

  • Review purchase requisitions (PRs) for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
  • Convert approved PRs into purchase orders (POs) within service-level timelines.

 

2. Stakeholder & Supplier Engagement

  • Provide guidance to business requestors on PR submission, catalogue usage, and procurement policies.
  • Support supplier onboarding and master data accuracy in procurement systems.

 

3. Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation to support audit readiness.

 

4. Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Track and report KPIs such as PO turnaround time, catalogue utilization, and compliance metrics.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline PR-to-PO cycle times.

 

P&C Partner

The People and Culture Partner plays a vital role in driving the organization's people and culture strategies. They are responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to business units, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives.

Strategic HR Support: Partner with business unit leaders to understand their strategic objectives and develop HR initiatives that support organizational goals.

Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.

 

Skills for Success:

  • Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in business partnering.
  • Must have HR partnership or relationship management skill
  • Has successfully implemented strategic HR plans and solutions, dealt with organization strategies and complex business/HR issues
  • Able to apply HR generalist knowhow to varied business environment

 

Manager, Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition candidate who will be responsible for owning end-to-end recruitment delivery and talent acquisition strategies across defined business domains within Singtel. The role partners closely with senior stakeholders and hiring leaders to translate workforce plans and business priorities into effective hiring solutions, providing market intelligence, strategic advisory, and data-driven recommendations.

Talent Acquisition

  • Execute recruitment strategies to fulfil business hiring needs, with a focus on quality and speed.
  • Provide strong advisory support to hiring managers for junior, mid and senior level roles, including IT & Tech roles
  • Collaborate with business leaders to deeply understand talent requirements and proactively address hiring challenges.

Sourcing Strategy: 

  • Build talent pipelines through deep engagement across digital platforms, talent communities, and recruitment campaigns.
