Join the Singtel 8George team and support key learning and development programmes, mainly the Singtel Catalyst Work-Study Programme that supports strategic business and Singtel 8George objectives. The role includes supporting and working with Singtel 8George Partners, People & Culture Partners and government agencies.
Make an Impact
- Support in the administration of Singtel 8George initiatives and government funding programmes and grants.
- Coordinate and monitor the submission of documents for claims according to the grant requirements.
- Assist in the programme management of the Singtel Catalyst Work-Study Programme by handling administrative and operational aspects of the programme.
- Set up check-ins with Catalyst trainees once every two months, support in organizing get-together events, bite-sized learning for Catalyst Programme.
- Work closely and coordinate with Singtel 8George Operations team on all pre and post-programme matters.
- Coordinate with the team on BPR deck and weekly reviews.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of learning events.
Skills for Success
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Able to commit to a 6-months internship (state your internship availability on your CV)
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Adaptable and able to work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS office application
