Position Summary

 

  1. Enabling value creation for customers through Digital and Business Process Transformation services (from pre-sales to delivery)
  2. Developing a global pool of business consultants enabled with market leading and pragmatic Business Process methodologies and tools

 

Responsibilities          

  1. Participate in practice development and dissemination
  2. Innovate and develop new service lines to support current businesses and develop new markets
  3. Conduct training, talks and other activities to communicate and enable staff to fulfill service offerings
  4. Lead in pre-sales activities - Qualify opportunities and prepare proposals & cost estimates
  5. Lead in delivering proposed solutions
  6. Lead and guide a team of consultants in projects

 

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 8-10 years of working experience as a consultant with leading consulting organisations
  2. Practical experience of working on digital and process transformation projects leading to tangible benefits and outcomes
  3. Knowledgeable of latest digital technologies
  4. Demonstrated thought leadership, expertise and track record in the following areas:
  1. Lean six sigma
  2. Design Thinking
  3. Business case development
  4. Business process management methodology, governance and solutions
  1. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation
  2. Track record of successfully completing project life cycle – from pre-sales to project delivery
  3. Experience in leading and managing teams in project delivery
  4. Experience as a people manager
  5. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  6. Certified in Lean six sigma and PMP is an advantage
