Salesforce Functional Consultant



  • In-depth understanding business challenges and priorities in multiple domains/industries
  • Analyzing customer organization’s strength and areas for improvement
  • Creative Thinker in conducting customer workshops, addressing business needs, creating POC and translating into solutions
  • Good presentation and consultative skills and able to applying benefit of your expertise to customer
  • Use and be an example of best practices for developing business requirements, process flows, object modeling, page layout design, data mapping, configuration, and integration
  • Being centre liaison between business stakeholders, development, testing and implementation teams



  • 5+ years professional services or technical consulting experience
  • 3+ years Salesforce consulting and configuration experience
  • Client facing and pre-sales support experience
  • Experience in the full Salesforce development lifecycle including design, estimation, planning, development, unit test, release and implementation support
  • Experience in Visualforce pages development, Apex coding, Salesforce APIs and SQL programming
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, React, Angular, CSS, HTML5, XML
  • Outstanding writing, presentation, communication and organization skills
  • One or more certifications (Sales Cloud Certification, Service Cloud Certification)
  • Experience with both agile and waterfall implementation methodologies
