Senior Consultant, Application (Sharepoint administrator)

Responsibilities 

  • Utilize independent and creative problem-solving skills to assist in technical troubleshooting and analysis for customer reported issues
  • Manage and maintain second level escalated support tickets from customers from receipt through resolution
  • Maintain a positive interactive working relationship with Operations and Product Engineering to resolve issues and escalate as necessary for resolution
  • Self-driven to perform at a high level and invigorated to do their best when no one is watching
  • Customer focused at all times with the goal of resolving customer issues in the quickest most effective way possible
  • Should have relevant Microsoft certifications

 

Requirement

  • Should have 4-5 years of experience in setting up MS Dynamics CRM/SharePoint.
  • Responsible to set up Microsoft Dynamics CRM in high availability , multi-server roles and multi-tier environment
  • Responsible to set up Dynamics Server side sync for Email and Document sync to SharePoint, outlook integration, CBA and IFD
  • Responsible to set up Microsoft SQL cluster in high availability environment
  • Must have understanding on the pre-requisite requirements of ports, service accounts, SSL, IIS
  • Understanding/Responsible to set up Active directory, AD FS and forest trust between different domains.
  • Responsible to set up application infrastructure like reverse proxy applications, MS Dynamics CRM/SharePoint services packs , Roll ups , SFTP servers , SSL etc.
  • Trouble shoot Microsoft CRM and SharePoint installations, performance tuning of application infrastructure.
  • Should have experience in networking and setting up domains , servers (OS installation , etc.) , server virtualization
  • Experience or Knowledge on HyperV, VMware, cloud environment like Azure or AWS. Additionally good if have SharePoint setup or support experience
