Lead Consultant, OneCare Support

The Solution Architect will engage client sales units (CSU), Sales specialist teams and pricing teams to support RFQs and tenders covering maintenance of Infrastructure (Network and system) and Cybersecurity. This role will require interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders for opportunities engagement and solutioning. This role will also lead the internal pricing team to ensure competitive value propositions and right sized solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Engage all stakeholders involved during the solutioning and bid stage and actively drive cost effectiveness and completeness of solutioning to meet customer requirements
• Ensure all relevant tender requirements and clauses are sufficient met and responsible for reviewing compliance and non-compliance to tender
• Responsible for proposal write up and presentation of OneCare services and scope of work in relation to the tender
• Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents with clear solutioning ownership
• Maintain and grow technical knowledge revolving new technologies and aligned to latest market directions with relevance to Infrastructure and cybersecurity needs
• Able to understand customer pain points, gather requirements and work with the sales team to formulate optimal solutions that meets customer needs
• Actively be part of strategy planning with Sales Specialist or CSU jointly with to align go to market strategies
• Conducts post award solution briefings and handover to the delivery teams to ensure all NCS obligations to clients are clearly defined and solutioned for
• Support internal/external sales events, seminars or conferences to showcase NCS capabilities and expanding new client engagements
• Work with other NCS practices and external partners/vendors to optimize capabilities and cost optimization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Min 10 years of experience in network architecture and design, with a focus on enterprise-level deployments
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, and VPN technologies
• Proficiency in network security principles and technologies, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, and authentication mechanisms
• Hands-on experience with network hardware and software from leading vendors, such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks. etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, CISSP) are highly desirable
• Experience with cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and software-defined networking (SDN) technologies is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
