Service Delivery Manager

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the managing the outsourcing services within the project.  He/She is responsible of constant monitoring and tracking of the project performance to ensure the project continue to deliver towards the expected outcome.

 

Responsibilities

  • Align, plan and organise project activities to meet project objectives
  • Ensure allocation of resources and skills to projects in priority order
  • Identify, resolve and escalate risks which could impact the achievement of objectives
  • Define performance indicators, review/enhance SOP, and to communicate to project teams
  • Track service performance and quality deliverables to ensure they continue to deliver towards expected outcomes, within allocated budget
  • Automate processes and improve productivity
  • Conduct evaluation on each project against the project objectives
  • Report regularly on project's progress and recommend service improvement, if necessary

 

The ideal candidate should possess

  • Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Provide manage support service in mid-to-large organization on the IT infrastructure eg. networks, systems, and storage
  • Engage in tender for service delivery solution, design, plan, costing, manage on-site delivery team
  • Solution driven, able to react quickly and resolve issues so that the workflow can continue
  • Good influencing and persuading skills
  • Good relationship builder with strong diplomacy skills
  • Good people management skills to motivate and lead the team to achieve/ surpass the SLA
