This role is for an experienced network professional with strong specialization in Routing & Switching as the core competency, with wireless (WiFi) as a critical and strategic focus area to support growing business demands. The Lead Consultant is responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, producing detailed designs, and leading the implementation of complex enterprise network projects, especially WiFi-driven deployments. Strong wireless implementation and RF planning expertise are mandatory. Exposure to Data Center technologies such as Cisco ACI is an added advantage.

 

Make an impact by:

  • Analyze customer requirements and assess current network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wireless, Data Center).
  • Design and deliver end-to-end network solutions with strong focus on Routing & Switching and WiFi solutions
  • Produce High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
  • Conducts tests, corrects malfunctions, and documents results in accordance with agreed procedures.
  • Lead implementation and integration of enterprise network solutions
  • Perform wireless site surveys, RF planning, and optimization (coverage, capacity, interference)
  • Lead deployment of enterprise WiFi solutions (Aruba, Cisco, Ruckus)
  • Support business growth by delivering WiFi-centric projects aligned to customer demands
  • Develop and execute testing plans (FAT, UAT, integration testing)
  • Troubleshoot complex network and wireless issues across multi-domain environments
  • Act as escalation point for technical issues during project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Ensure proper documentation, handover, and operational readiness
  • Engage customers in technical discussions and provide solution advisory, especially for WiFi solutions
  • Ensure compliance with standards, best practices, and governance

 

Skills for Success:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • 5–8 years of experience in enterprise networking
  • Strong expertise in Routing & Switching (OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP).
  • Strong WiFi / Wireless expertise (high priority skill)
  • Wireless implementation and RF planning experience (mandatory)
  • Experience in enterprise WiFi design (high-density, campus, enterprise environments)
  • Hands-on experience in enterprise network deployment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Good to have Cisco ACI or Data Center networking experience
  • Good to have SD-WAN knowledge
  • Good to have Network automation or AI Ops exposure
