We’re searching for a Lead IT Architect, Microsoft, to be part of our diverse team of talents here at NCS!

 

We are looking to onboard a highly experienced & seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect with additional capabilities in project management, delivery, client-facing, and stakeholder management. This role will hold the responsibility of designing and implementing innovative solutions using the Microsoft’s Dynamics365 CRM platform during both Pre-Sales & Delivery phases. Leading large scale transformation delivery projects, this role will be responsible for managing the projects end to end and drive delivery excellence. The candidate must have strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

What we seek to accomplish together:

 

  • Play an active role in pre-sales activities by participating in client meetings, understanding their pain points, and proposing tailored Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
  • Act as a trusted advisor who consults with organizations and implementation team members to refine business requirements into a cost-effective, scalable & future proof solution
  • Develop and present customized demos and proof-of-concepts to showcase the capabilities of the Dynamics365 CRM platform.
  • Design and architect innovative solutions using Dynamics365 CRM to meet business requirements and deliver value to clients.
  • Facilitate design decisions across development, configuration, integration, infrastructure, security, availability, storage, and change management
  • Manage project delivery to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes, using Agile methodology and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, quality assurance, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on Dynamics365 CRM best practices, project management methodologies and latest trends & innovations in the Dynamics 365 product

A little about you:

 

 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Dynamics365 CRM, with additional experience in project management & large-scale project delivery.
  • Functional and technical knowledge of Power Platform, Dynamics365 apps, related Microsoft cloud solutions, and other third-party technologies
  • Experience with configuring and customizing Dynamics365 CRM to meet business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology and project management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Certifications in Dynamics365, project management, or related fields are a plus.
