As an SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off SME, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a HR transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in EC and EC time off and a passion for driving business driven HR solutions.
The role will sit in the Corporate Systems group which operates as a centralised hub for application support and delivery within the SingTel Group. This role will be under the supervision of the Associate Director, HR Systems and will sit within a team 8 people.
What You'll Do
- Possess a strong set of consulting skills, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business users (HR teams & Payroll) to understand their business needs to delivery timely solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve system issues or bugs and provide ongoing support to end users across applications.
- Convert business requirements into system configuration elements and develop a solution design for the Success Factors, ensuring adherence to governance processes and best practices.
- Engage in regular meetings with stakeholders to foster trust, enhance collaboration, and strengthen the visibility and influence of IT within their perspective.
- Facilitate in training sessions for end-users or HR teams to help them understand the system.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience of full cycle implementation of SAP Employee Central & Employee Central Timeoff modules.
- A minimum 5 years' experience within the SAP SuccessFactors technical and functional.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- A team player who works well with other team members, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals
- SAP Employee Central & SAP Employee Central Time Off certification required
- Background in consulting will be highly regarded
