As a Lead Solution Designer, this is a great opportunity to develop, standardise, and advance our logistics systems, delivering relevant, dependable, and efficient solutions to our business participants. Your expertise in SAP SD, MM, and IBP modules will play a meaningful role in guiding business decision making.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Responsibility for the solution build of all Logistics Systems within Optus, including SAP S/4HANA, IBP, and non-SAP systems.
  • Formalising, standardising, and evolving architecture build standards and processes within SAP Logistics domains.
  • Providing architectural ownership and technical leadership for multiple projects.
  • Challenging user requirements to ensure due diligence and alignment.
  • Configuring, crafting, and developing comprehensive IBP solutions covering the entire planning cycle from demand signal capture to feasible supply execution.
  • Managing integration aspects between SAP and other IT systems using APIs, SFTP, EDI, and CI-DS technologies.
  • Acting as the strategic interface between IT and Logistics business collaborators across the Singtel Group.
  • Leading workshop planning, facilitation, and scribing to capture and refine requirements.

 

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 10+ years of overall SAP experience, with at least 5 years operating in a Solution Designer capacity within a consulting or large enterprise environment.
  • Proven SAP Supply Chain Management delivery background.
  • Extensive configuration knowledge in SAP SD, MM, and key IBP modules (Demand, S&OP, Response & Supply).
  • Strong knowledge of architecture standards and industry guidelines in SAP Logistics domains.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and collaborator engagement skills, with the ability to influence and recommend industry standard methodology solutions.
