We have a great opportunity for a talented and self-motivated (Lead) Service Delivery Manager to join our team at NCS. The Lead Service Delivery Manager manages the government projects within NCS Infra Managed Services. This includes day-to-day operation, service level performance and client engagement.
Leading a team of different culture direct and indirect staff across different service organization and service functions to deliver a common goals and deliverable. The Service Delivery Manager will act as the single point of contact for our customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership to manage and plan for all Hardware and Software End of Support lifecycle support
  • Continuously refine Operation process and procedures to enable project goes in managed mode
  • Take Ownership to own and manage Contractual SLA, client requirements and deliverable – both internal and external customers engagement
  • Drive Business growth of the account and looking into delivering excellent Customer Engagement experience
  • Making strategic and tactical plans in alignment of delivery to meet the contractual obligation to our clients
  • Lead a team of Engineers - Service and Technical delivery teams in day-to-day operation matters and ensuring services are delivered with pride and sustainable model to meet our SLA deliverables
  • Focal point for Client and Third-party partners management
  • Manage project financials and drive margin improvement
  • Providing management and operations report
  • Support Tenders and resource sizing
  • Provide coaching and organizing the team work

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT or relevant discipline with at least 10 years of IT Managed Services Service Delivery experience and with 5 years as a people manager
  • Familiar in Government environment – like IM8 compliance, ITIL Certification, CITPM or PMP
  • Demonstrated technical competency, able to articulate incident/issues at least on Network or System domains.
  • Demonstrated good working knowledge and preferably Proficiency and experience managing at least a few of the following services:
  1. Systems - System OS RHE, Windows OS
  2. Storage 3PAR,
  3. VMware Virtualisation
  4. Network F5, NAC, Cisco IOS
  5. Cyber Security Products – Firewalls, CyberArk, SIEM
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead a team size of 15 engineers, in Day2 projects.
  • Ability to farm, negotiate on commercial opportunity and possess an eye for details.
  • Good understand of AWS, Azure cloud technologies.
  • Proven Strong people management, P/L management, Good presentation and communication skills
