Date: 3 Feb 2026

Location: Singapore, Singapore

Company: Singtel Group

An empowering career at Singtel begins with a Hello. Our purpose, to Empower Every Generation, connects people to the possibilities they need to excel. Every "hello" at Singtel opens doors to new initiatives, growth, and BIG possibilities that takes your career to new heights. So, when you say hello to us, you are really empowered to say…“Hello BIG Possibilities”.

Join the Workforce Transformation team to accelerate AI adoption in priority business units (e.g., Singtel Networks) through forward-deployed enablement. You’ll work closely with AI Academy and business stakeholders: doing workflow discovery, building practical enablement assets, supporting deployments (clinics/office hours), and helping measure adoption and impact.

This is a hands-on, field-facing internship for someone who wants real exposure to AI transformation, change adoption, and learning product delivery.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
1) Forward-deployed discovery support

  • Shadow BU teams (e.g., sales/service/delivery) to understand real workflows and pain points.
  • Capture insights, map tasks to AI opportunities, and summarize findings into use-case one-pagers.

2) Build “in-the-flow” enablement assets

  • Create and refine practical tools such as:
    • prompt packs and templates
    • checklists and QA rubrics (accuracy/confidentiality/tone)
    • microlearning guides and “how-to” job aids
    • manager coaching one-pagers
  • Help adapt assets to different roles (operator / practitioner / champion).

3) Support deployments and adoption loops

  • Help run enablement activities: clinics, office hours, demos, and champion sessions.
  • Gather feedback from users and track common friction points to improve materials quickly.

4) Measurement and reporting

  • Set up simple baselines (surveys, quick assessments, qualitative interviews).
  • Track adoption metrics (participation, repeat usage signals where available) and create weekly snapshots.
  • Help document outcomes and write concise updates for stakeholders.

5) Scale and knowledge management

  • Package reusable assets and contribute to the central playbook/library.
  • Maintain version control and ensure content is easy to find and reuse.

What Success Looks Like (by end of internship)

  • Delivered at least 1–2 Minimum Viable Enablement (MVE) packages for real BU workflows.
  • Supported 2+ adoption loops (e.g., a clinic + feedback-driven iteration).
  • Produced an impact snapshot (baseline → after) and a “what we learned” playbook update.

Who You’ll Work With

  • Central L&D (learning design, learning tech, comms/change)
  • BU sponsors and functional managers
  • Champions/superusers community
  • AI/IT and risk/compliance partners (as needed)

Required Competencies (What We’re Looking For)

  • Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in a relevant field (Business, HR, Learning Sciences, Psychology, Communications, Information Systems, Data/AI-related disciplines).
  • Strong writing and synthesis skills—can turn messy input into clear, practical guidance.
  • Comfortable facilitating small group discussions and engaging stakeholders professionally.
  • Curious about AI and eager to learn how it’s used in real business workflows.
  • Organized and reliable: can manage tasks, versions, and timelines across multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot/ChatGPT) and advanced prompting concepts.
  • Advanced data skills (Excel/Sheets; simple dashboards; survey tools).
