Who we are 

A young and dynamic team, NCS Dojo drives learning and development programmes for NCS. We design, develop and deliver leadership and other competency development campaigns and programmes for colleagues across the organization, working with learning partners, and across different channels both in-person, as well as virtual ones. We also curate and develop a range of NCS owned content for self-paced learning. 


We work closely with our People & Culture colleagues, anchoring our programmes on well defined career progression models, our Transformation Impact team to guide our programme focus and priorities, and our colleagues in the business for relevance and impact. 


Our NCS Dojo team is growing rapidly in size to meet the learning and development needs of the organization here in Singapore and beyond.

What you’ll do

Work with Programme Managers for the design, development and delivery of learning programmes. This may include: 

  • Working with colleagues from other business and functional areas for to understand learning needs
  • Supporting the sourcing and building network of learning ecosystem partners
  • Working with learning partners and colleagues to design learning content
  • Overseeing the effective delivery of learning sessions both in-person, in-location as well as online  
  • Helping with post-programme wrap up such as reports and updates in the learning management system and brief writeups for communications

What education and experience you have

  • Relevant degree / poly diploma  
  • Experience working in learning and development roles will be a plus
  • Prior certification in learning facilitation areas will be an advantage
