Make an Impact by:

• Responsible for developing advanced algorithms to tackle complex, unsolved problems and for deploying, scaling, and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.
• Define and build scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure for end-to-end model lifecycle management.
• Deploy ML models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency while continuously monitor model performance, retrain as needed, and manage versioning and lifecycle.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate ML solutions into enterprise workflows.
• Stay ahead of emerging ML/AI techniques, applying them creatively to business challenges.

Skills for Success:

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Computer Science, ML, AI, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline.
• >5 years in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• Experience in algo design, development and implementation.
• Experience in building scalable ML pipelines and architectures for production systems.
• Strong foundation in advanced ML/AI concepts including generative models, graph neural networks, reinforcement learning.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, C++ for algorithm development.
• Ability to design experiments and validate models.
• Strong communicator and presenter with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Self-motivated problem solver who works effectively within teams.
