About your team

 

Optus for Business services the Australian SMB market which currently comprises 2.3 million businesses and has been growing at a steady rate over the last 5 years.

 

To achieve our vision of becoming Australia's most loved everyday brand with lasting customer relationships, we will create unique and compelling solutions for small business, offering flexible business-grade mobile, fixed, UC and 3rd party services.

 

As one of our Product Managers, you will have end-to-end responsibility for all products assigned to you, encompassing product lifecycle management, migrations & exits, trading performance, P&L performance, business improvement and CX. 

 

Your role will be crucial to delivering strategic, profitable and sustained growth and unique customer experiences.

 

What makes you perfect for the role?

 

  • Tertiary qualified in a relevant Business discipline with post-graduate studies (e.g., Masters, MBA) advantageous;
  • Significant experience in an end-to-end Telco product management role including enhancements, lifecycle mgmt., migrations, & exits;
  • P&L, CX and NPS metric ownership, plus leadership of GTM and channel programs;
  • Telecommunications and IT platforms experience, with solid commercial acumen;
  • Excellent communicator with strong relationship management, organisation and planning skills;
  • Solid vendor and contract management experience, able to work effectively with technical IT teams; &
  • Design thinking, self-ownership and accountability, outcome oriented, and customer focused.
