Ultimately the success of this role lies in providing the highest level of team and executive support to the OB team. This role is often the first point of contact for internal and external communication into the business units, so it is imperative your style and demeanour reflects professionalism, discretion and strong commercial acumen.

You’ll have significant experience in Team Assistant or related roles, supporting executives and broader teams and that maturity required to handle a number of issues simultaneously and collaborate closely with a wide array of different stakeholders at all levels of the business.

  • You have gained significant corporate TA/EA experience to date from a large matrix styled organisation supporting specialised teams and stakeholders
  • Highly organised, client centric and passionate, with sound business support experience and you work best under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Advanced written and verbal skills, IT / PC ability and reporting expertise
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to display a high level of discretion and judgement
  • High level of personal commitment and work ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure and to very tight deadlines
  • Flexible and responsive to change in direction and priorities, as required
  • Self-directed and motivated
  • Friendly, personable and professional manner
  • Proven ability to develop rapport and strong working relationships
  • Advanced diary and email management, travel & accommodation coordination skills, and ad-hoc project ability; and
  • Comfortable working in highly confidential work environments and open plan team environments.
