About the role

As part of the Customer Success Transformation and Implementation Team, the Transformation Managers primary responsibility is to support the delivery of our AOP (Annual Operating Plan) strategic initiatives to ensure we deliver on our vision to become Australia’s most loved everyday brand with lasting customer relationships.  Through the ideation and planning phase the Transformation Manager will partner with Initiative Owners to facilitate business casing, risk profiling, that transforms ideas into an executable roadmap that the Transformation Manager will then deliver through to embedment and benefits realization.


The Transformation Manager will use their knowledge of Agile, waterfall or hybrid methodologies to drive an exceptional delivery experience working closely with the business. Drive an increase in customer experience, contribute to our Digital Everywhere strategy and drive a reduction in operating costs that aligns to both the company and business units' strategic goals. Pursuing an Agile mindset, creative thinking, consulting, process improvement and problem-solving skills to help size, scope and recommend key areas for improvement ensuring that from a commercial aspect the benefits are realistic. Initiatives in the Customer Success business could involve transforming processes, systems and / or culture and may also involve embedding the required infrastructure to achieve a desired end state.


This is an exciting 6 month contract opportunity! Open to the right candidate based in either Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Brisbane.


Core responsibilities:

  • Lead a key strategic initiative or major workstream within Customer Success
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the Customer Success division to deliver AOP initiatives on-time
  • Ensure all initiative owners & team members are adhering to established governance practices & frameworks
  • Ensure Quality Assurance, adherence to established practices & project artefacts
  • Assist with the induction & training of all new team members



We are seeking a Transformation Manager with strong delivery, program governance and exceptional stakeholder management experience to help us deliver on our committed strategic AOP roadmap.


You will have:

  • Proven delivery experience in a transformational environment
  • 5 years’ experience in Project / Program Management experience
  • Ability to collaborate with business leaders to influence transformation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personal styles and levels of management
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Experience in Networks and / or Field Services (Advantage)
