The role of Senior Analyst, Enterprise Governance is a pivotal member of our team supporting the enterprise delivery functions and wider Enterprise Delivery Office (EDO) members. This role owns the Enterprise Governance framework for Delivery and is responsible for designing, implementing, tracking and improving our delivery enterprise governance.

  • Work with EDO, Delivery Transformation and Delivery enablement to design the Enterprise Governance Framework, including the rollout plan.
  • Capture feedback from business partners across the enterprise on the proposed framework and adapt as required, and play a lead role in the rollout of the given framework across the organisation.
  • Build and maintain knowledge pages and run information sessions on the framework to help train team members to uplift capability in framework.
  • Ensure agreed controls are built into standardised tooling to supervise and report on compliance against the framework.
  • Assess opportunities to improve framework, socialise recommendations, gain approval and rollout improvements.
  • Provide regular Executive ready reporting, based on agreed controls within the framework.

It starts with you!

  • Formal Project Management, Agile, Business Analysis or Organisational Change formal qualification together with substantial proven experience in a similar role within an Agile environment.
  • Sophisticated Microsoft office skills, Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, building effective reports and presentations for senior managers, underpinned by excellent written and verbal communications skills including demonstrated experience writing at an executive level.
  • Experience with collaboration tools together with experience in working in a Transformation PMO in an Agile and hybrid environment.
  • Understanding of delivery tooling such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a variety of different environments and respond appropriately to unexpected circumstances and deal with ambiguity in an appropriate and decisive manner.
  • Excellent people management and development skills with demonstrated ability to forge collaborative relationships, build effective teams both within and outside in order to influence desired outcome.
