This role will support the delivery of the largest Federal Government Contact Centre.
The day to day
- Development and deployment of initiatives to deliver high quality and consistent service operations across support organizations.
- Drive Best Practice improvements in Service Management, delivering regional and cross vertical cost efficiencies.
- Manages, reports and communicates to senior leadership on the global performance of responsible ITSM processes across OE and its delivery vendor.
- Responsible for identifying and leading out automation opportunities internally for responsible ITSM capabilities.
Why you are our next Configuration and Asset Manager
- Proven ICT industry experience and an ITIL foundation
- Understand & Apply Agile Methodologies in an ITSM Environment
- Ability to apply business management, financial concepts & contracts knowledge to analyse business needs and develop recommendations
- Demonstrate extensive understanding of current and future trends in the Service Management market
- You must be an Australian citizen and be eligible for Federal Government security clearance
