As a Biddable Analyst, you will play a key role in implementing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to reach the right audience and drive business growth.


This dynamic role will see you lead campaigns and contribute significantly to the growth of our organisation. You will collaborate with colleagues in Digital Marketing and Product Marketing, as well as external vendors such as media agencies. By aligning your efforts with our Digital Marketing strategy, you will play a crucial role in driving results and achieving campaign objectives.




Your day to day will consist of

  • Plan, execute, and optimise biddable media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and implement strategies that improve ROI.
  • Manage budgets, forecast spend, and ensure cost efficiency across all campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align campaign objectives and deliverables.
  • Set up tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to refine targeting and creative strategies



What makes you perfect for the role?

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or an Analytical field
  • Ability to develop and implement biddable campaigns across SEM, programmatic, social, and affiliate channels
  • Experience with biddable campaign management, tracking, reporting and optimization
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across teams and with external partners
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Passionate about all things digital and innovation, with a strong commitment to optimizing campaign performance and achieving product-specific goals.
