As a Biddable Specialist, you will take charge of developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms. Your expertise in digital advertising, combined with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making, will help the business achieve their business goals.




Your day to day will consist of

  • Lead the development and execution of biddable media strategies for assigned products or categories, ensuring alignment with product goals and Optus’s business objectives.
  • Design and provide strategic direction and recommendations on biddable campaigns across SEM, programmatic, social, and affiliate channels.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI, CPA, CTR, CPO’s and other key metrics.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 Biddable Analysts, providing support and guidance to help them excel in their roles and grow professionally
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive briefing responses to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of campaign objectives, updates, and expectations

  • Proficiency in digital advertising tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic technologies.
  • Proven experience in budget management across various biddable channels to achieve strategic objectives and maximize ROI
  • Experience with advanced analytical tools for tracking, measuring, and optimizing campaign performance
  • Futurist with a passion for innovation, dedicated to implementing cutting-edge strategies that enhance campaign performance and achieve product-specific goals.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with agency partners to drive full-funnel strategies and achieve campaign objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and influence decisions
