Your day to day will consist of...

Manage end-to-end campaign automation to drive data-driven lead generation efforts.

Leverage and optimize a diverse Martech stack, including Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Gong, Sales Loft, and 6Sense, ensuring seamless platform operations.

Integrate Martech tools with CRM systems and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to enhance campaign performance and reporting.

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing and scoring strategies, audience segmentation, and omnichannel CRM initiatives to expand reach and engagement

Continuously monitor and analyse key performance metrics (e.g., lead volume, conversion rates, opportunities, Gross Adds) across all campaigns and report the performance during monthly BPRs and QBRs

Oversee a team of technical specialists based offshore, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, reporting, and related tasks

Work closely with Marketing, Digital, GTM, and CVM teams to align campaign strategies with business goals and ensure cohesive execution
What makes you perfect for the role?

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Extensive experience in campaign management, particularly in B2B email marketing and Martech for the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments

In-depth understanding of CRM systems Salesforce, uCRM and marketing automation tools Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Knowledge of collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in Marketing, Digital, GTM, and CVM functions.
