This role will support the delivery of the largest Federal Government Contact Centre.
 

The day to day
 

  • Service Quality, including quality of service, quality of experience and service health.
  • Customer Experience Management, including VIP analysis, major & special events' monitoring, customer analytics, bespoke investigations and networks support.
  • Service View, including customer perspective of Optus services, near real time capability and provide network service support to NMC and CFUs.
  • Optimisation and continual improvement around thresholds and alerting


Why you are our next Networks Senior Technical Specialist
 

  • Degree Qualified Diploma/Bachelors or equivalent experience within data science, analytics, telecommunications
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of traditional telecommunications network
  • Able to clearly articulate technical knowledge and communicate appropriately to various audiences
  • Experience working in modern telecommunications' architecture – including Telco over Cloud, SDN, NFV & 5G.
  • Due to the requirements of the role you must be an Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident
