This is an outstanding opportunity to join our team as a Compliance Investigations Executive. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of our services. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will help identify and reduce channel-related risks. Your efforts will ensure we provide seamless experiences to our customers and partners.

 

What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of:

  • Independently complete assigned channel-related investigations within established frameworks, including evidence collection, data analysis, and assessment of customer and business impact.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify control weaknesses, process gaps, and contributing factors, bringing up systemic or material issues to the Senior Manager & Director.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and well-reasoned investigation findings and recommendations for Senior Manager review and endorsement.
  • Ensure investigation activities, decisions, and documentation meet governance standards, regulatory obligations, and quality expectations.
  • Maintain investigation repositories and governance artefacts to ensure information is accurate, current, and fit for audit, regulatory, and business use.

 

 

What You Bring | What makes you perfect for the role?

  • Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field within the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical expertise paired with the skill to carry out in-depth root cause examinations, including leveraging complex data sets to identify risks & issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and concise reports and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborators.
