Based in Macquarie Park, Sydney, this role manages site build and refurbishment activities for the Replacement, Relocation, and Stay Alive programs, ensuring all milestones, financial forecasts, and project data are accurately maintained in relevant systems. It involves coordinating closely with suppliers, cross‑functional teams, landlords, and senior management to ensure timely delivery, compliance with safety requirements, and alignment with network strategies. 

 

Your day to day will consist of

 

  • Managing the Site Build works for Replacement and Relocation Program
  • Managing Site Refurbishment works (Ticket Creation, CR Creation in MNIS and allocation of works to Vendor and tracking the delivery)
  • Updating all the relevant tools and system as needed by PMO for allocated project.
  • Financial forecast update in Tools and tracking 
  • Ensure all Relevant Milestones kept upto date in MNIS
  • Collaboration with SRPQ, suppliers, property and regulatory support functions.
  • Landlord negotiations support where required ( Generator /ATS /Refurb works)
  • Any other special project assigned from time to time related to Stay alive team scope.
  • Responsible for eJV SOR submission (Phase 3 and Phase 4 works)
  • Review and Update Stay Alive Module , MNIS Forecast checks
  • SAED to Build Handover discussion – to ensure Build happens in quick time frame
  • Regular follow up with TX team
  • Manage closure of RFS in timely manner.
  • Ensuring that Work Health and Safety policies and regulations are adhered to and provide leadership oversight so that the program is run with a safe work culture top of mind
  • Governing Megalodon Suppliers and Vendors for on-time and on-target delivery of projects according to SOW and roadmap.
  • Manage Project submissions for inclusion in AOP and other funding submissions on scope, budget and timeline requirements that underpin the program's deliverables while ensuring performance and business objectives of the program are aligned with overall Network strategies.
  • Interact and influence senior management on stay alive plans. 
  • Manage cross functional projects using established delivery methodologies.
  • Responsibility to the business owner and sponsor for the delivery of projects outputs in time, within budget and as per specifications.

  • Leading a significant change project, program, or restructure Demonstrated ability to manage.
  • Strong knowledge of Change Management practice.
  • Ability to manage & influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
  • Ability to articulate and facilitate complex problems into achievable solutions
  • Effective communication and Co-ordination with other groups to ensure on time delivery.
  • Experience managing project outcomes in complex, high pressure settings
  • Proven ability to work autonomously within broad guidelines

  • Demonstrates diplomacy, problem solving skills and decisiveness within a large organizational context.
  • Basic Mobile RAN  and Transmission Architecture.
  • Project and Program Management skills.
  • Basic financial management skills.
