The Digital Advisor will design and implement end-to-end automation solutions, provide technical leadership, and guide stakeholders through change. This role is critical to ensuring Optus Wholesale achieves its strategic objectives and embraces a Digital Everywhere mindset.

 

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Review, document, and automate key business processes to deliver strategic, efficient solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership in automation technologies, manage strategic solutions, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, facilitate workshops, and drive adoption of automation products.
  • Implement guidelines, standardize documentation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

 

 

What You Bring 

 

  • Certified Advanced Developer & Solutions Architect (UiPath preferred), with strong knowledge of automation tools (Kryon, BluePrism), coding languages (Java, SQL), and BSS platforms.
  • Proven ability to analyze and improve processes, with experience in agile delivery.
  • Outstanding presentation and documentation skills, with the ability to educate and influence collaborators.
  • Critical thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
