Join Optus as a Mobile Transition Support Administrator, where you’ll play a critical role in delivering seamless transitions of customer mobile services onto the Optus network. This position supports Mobile Transition Leads and collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely delivery. Your day to day will consist of
- Coordinate logistics for SIM card labelling, packaging, and distribution.
- Liaise with Sales, Account teams, customers, and vendors throughout the transition lifecycle.
- Manage administrative tasks, documentation, and reference materials for active orders.
- Support data collection activities including SMS/call campaigns and exception reporting.
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and execute test calls.
- Oversee incoming customer calls and manage work order allocation to Transition Leads
What makes you perfect for the role?
- Broad experience in large operations or project management roles.
- Strong knowledge of Telco mobile data and voice products troubleshooting issues
- At least 2 years' experience working with mobile services
- Experience with using Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability in change management and project coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Desirable: ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Agile certifications and Telco industry experience
