The Network Access Delivery Specialist supports transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and performance in Access network construction and deployment. The role combines coordination and technical insight to track initiatives, support delivery workstreams, and optimise build methods, vendor performance, and operational processes. It requires strong analytical and coordination skills, along with experience working across technical and operational teams in telecommunications or infrastructure environments.

 

Your day to day will consist of

  • Support the coordination and execution of Access construction transformation initiatives across network deployment and delivery programs.
  • Assist in tracking delivery performance, construction milestones, risks, dependencies, and operational outcomes across Access workstreams.
  • Support initiatives focused on improving construction efficiency, build quality, deployment methodologies, and operational performance.
  • Coordinate activities across Access Engineering, Construction, Delivery, Field Operations, and vendor teams to support aligned execution.
  • Assist with reporting and analysis relating to construction delivery, vendor performance, operational metrics, and transformation outcomes.
  • Support governance activities including action tracking, status reporting, risk management, and delivery coordination forums.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Access construction processes, ways of working, and delivery standards.
  • Support the implementation and tracking of initiatives relating to automation, tooling improvements, process optimisation, and delivery governance.
  • Assist in identifying operational risks, delivery bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities within Access deployment programs.

 

What makes you perfect for the role

  • Experience within telecommunications network deployment, Access engineering, construction delivery, or infrastructure transformation environments.
  • Understanding of Access network technologies and deployment environments including fibre, HFC, mobile access infrastructure, or civil delivery programs.
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting operational and delivery data.
  • Experience preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, and delivery tracking materials.
  • Ability to work effectively across technical, operational, and vendor stakeholder groups.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Exposure to network deployment governance, construction delivery processes, or operational improvement initiatives desirable.
  • Understanding of telecommunications construction, engineering, or field delivery environments preferred.
