In this role you will be required to contribute to the Testing group assisting the Operations Manager with planning, analysis and administration processes in order for, the Testing Team to focus on the successful delivery of testing.

  • Maintaining a consolidated pipeline of projects as it pertains to the Testing group.
  • Maintaining information on the engagement status of projects, resource gap analysis.
  • Reporting and/or following up on project financials.
  • Raising Purchase Orders.
  • Invoice reconciliations.
  • Processing of new starters, updating contract extensions, timesheet submissions, onboarding and offboarding of resources.
  • Assist in organising team events.

It starts with you!

  • Previous experience in an analysis/work forecasting role
  • Highly competent in MS Excel, including experience working with pivot tables, macros, proficient with Excel formulas.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement, quality process, best practices
  • Ability to extract and report to Test Manager on project financials.
  • Prior experience in onboarding and offboarding contractors advantageous  
  • Knowledge of SAP
