This will be a two year fixed term contract assigment.

 

Your day in the life of an Order Manager at Optus

 

  • Lead all aspects of ensuring positive customer onboarding
  • Proactively address potential delays and provide regular updates to customers, ensuring a smooth transition that fosters future business with Optus
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external collaborators to ensure flawless service delivery
  • Apply your technical expertise in complex voice, data, and IP services to manage orders effectively
  • Coordinate and successfully implement change activities across deployed networks and solutions, ensuring minimal disruption.

 

 

Your skills to pay the bills

 

  • Strong technical expertise, including knowledge of Optus’ products, systems, and service delivery methods
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-managed, with the ability to plan and prioritise workload 
  • Proactively ensuring timely delivery of orders
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external collaborators.
  • Proven ability to identify areas for continuous improvement within processes and systems.
