We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support the governance, coordination, and financial oversight of a diverse enterprise portfolio of programs and projects. Reporting to the Associate Director, this role plays a critical part in ensuring initiatives are delivered within established governance frameworks, financial controls, and delivery standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of governance, finance, and delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Support portfolio governance by ensuring projects follow established frameworks, acting as a quality gatekeeper for artefacts, and managing stage progression, approvals, and closures.
- Manage portfolio and project financials, supporting a wide variety of stakeholders with monthly journals, forecasting, variance analysis, and ensuring alignment with budget, funding, and capitalisation requirements.
- Deliver accurate, timely reporting and insights across delivery status, financial performance, risks, and benefits, preparing executive-ready dashboards and papers.
- Own Jira Align data quality, conducting regular audits, maintaining portfolio integrity, and driving continuous improvement in reporting and portfolio tooling.
- Support capacity planning and workforce insights by analysing demand vs capacity, resource utilisation, and partnering with delivery teams to improve data quality.
- Contribute to AOP planning and ongoing PMO operations by supporting financial modelling, coordinating governance forums, maintaining PMO artefacts, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar delivery support role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong capability in financial management, including tracking, reporting, forecasting, and financial journaling processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, and quality assurance.
- Proven experience producing clear, concise portfolio and executive-level reporting and insights.
- Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies, with the ability to operate across different delivery frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using PPM or portfolio management tools (Jira/Jira Align) to support reporting and analysis.
- Experience using SAP, S/4HANA to support financial reporting and analysis
