We’re on the hunt for two Paid Search Assistants to join our Digital Marketing team!

 

About the role

Your role as a Paid Search Assistant will be to contribute to the Digital Marketing teams vision in becoming a world-class powerhouse media buying team who are always pushing boundaries and at the cutting edge of ad-tech. The growing in-house team of SEM, Affiliates, Social and Programmatic specialists are embedded in an award-winning Marketing team (Mumbrella 2020 – Marketing Team of the Year).

 

Your will be responsible for assisting the account management team with the day-to-day operations of reporting and optimisation across Search. Key responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting and optimise Search Engine Marketing activities
  • Monitor performance and implement campaigns.
  • Reporting campaign success against Digital KPIs (traffic, leads and sales targets).
  • Working closely with Marketing colleagues across teams in Digital, Product, Communications, and external parties; to deliver results against the overarching Digital Marketing strategy.

About you

This role will suit a logical thinker who prides themselves on their willingness to go beyond what is expected and take initiative to drive channel performance. You’ll bring a solution mindset to deliver on a variety of business challenges; to work across functions engaging stakeholders to deliver key programs of activity. You’d have great attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with a passion for driving great experiences and communications. Additionally, you’ll bring to the role:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Commerce and/or relevant analytical discipline.
  • AdWords / Bing certifications.
  • Knowledge or previous experience in a similar advertising/media similar role is highly desired.
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, language and objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and insights to inform optimisation decisions.
  • Skilled in Excel, highly advantageous.
  • Ability to think laterally, adapt to change and work to deadlines.
