About the role
 

The Performance Manager is responsible for facilitating and supporting forecasting, reporting and planning of key performance metrics of sales and marketing. They work closely with the Finance and Data and Analytics teams to ensure effective business performance and Sales and Marketing modelling, forecasting, and tracking.
 

They will take the lead on weekly trading meetings and company-wide performance updates, ensuring attendees gain a deep understanding of the business results. They work closely with core stakeholders both within the Sales and Marketing team and broader business to provide valuable data and consolidated insights across retail and online channels to help prioritise activities that will drive growth for amaysim.
 

About you
 

You are an experienced Performance Manager who can bring analytical and reporting experience to drive growth. Additionally, you will also bring to the role:

  • Expert leader with a proven track record of growth
  • Strong experience working in delivering influential business performance presentations which translate data points into actionable insights
  • Skilled communicator, able to build successful relationships and steer cross-functional teams with an ability to inspire and influence
  • Extensive experience with data extraction, transformation and loading to streamline reporting process
  • Sophisticated in extracting data using SQL and/or Alteryx and visualisation of reports using Tableau
  • Previous experience within the FMCG, telco, banking and insurance sectors will be highly regarded
