As a Planning & Enablement Business Partner - Core. You will play a role in driving strategic alignment and working closely with the Executive General Manager of Core Network Engineering,
What You’ll Do
- Translating strategic priorities into actionable business plans, achievements, and measurable outcomes.
- Leading Core Networks planning cycles, portfolio reviews, and transformation tracking.
- Preparing performance reports to help with business decisions.
- Coordinating initiatives including Core modernisation, capacity planning, and uplift.
- Ensuring compliance with enterprise governance, risk, assurance, and audit frameworks.
What You Bring
Proven experience in developing plans and carrying them out within complex, high-stakes environments.
Outstanding communication skills with confidence engaging with C-suite, EGMs, GM, and Group collaborators.
Strong capabilities in governance cadence, risk management, and operational excellence.
A collaborative approach with the ability to drive cross-functional integration and interworking.
