The Policy Control, VAS, Voice and Data Core Technical Specialist plays a key role in maintaining the performance and availability of the Optus Network, ensuring a strong customer experience. This is achieved by directly managing operational processes and coordinating suppliers to support service assurance, including change, incident, and problem management. This specialist also works closely with suppliers and engineering teams to support new network solutions, strategy rollouts, and ongoing process improvements. In addition to providing expert technical support, they guide less experienced team members and ensure the smooth implementation and ongoing reliability of the network.
