As the Principal E2E Network Strategist you will be leading end‑to‑end network strategy design and drive network technology innovation, providing strong technical leadership across planning and execution. This role oversees delivery of the Network Strategy 2030 and innovation roadmap, while delivering market and industry intelligence to inform strategic decisions.

 

Your day to day will consist of

 

  • Lead the development of mid‑ to long‑term end‑to‑end network strategy and oversee execution of the network evolution plan.
  • Analyse competitive market trends to identify capability gaps and define strategies to maintain network competitiveness.
  • Establish and lead governance and review forums to track and refine the 5‑year network strategy.
  • Monitor and assess global technology and standards developments (e.g. ITU‑R, 3GPP, GSMA) to shape innovation priorities and strategic direction.
  • Partner with internal network teams and external vendors on technology roadmaps, trials, PoCs and innovation planning.
  • Evaluate technical, commercial and regulatory impacts to prioritise investment decisions and guide deployment strategies.
  • Provide end-to-end solution design consultancy for strategic initiatives and projects  

 

What makes you perfect for the role

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Telco industry, especially in Core and IP Network Engineering.
  • Deep knowledge in Core and IP technologies of 4G, 5G and 5GA.
  • Extensive Experience in Network Architecture Design, Network Solution Design, Capacity and Performance Management.
  • Proficient skills in E2E network strategy development involving technology evolution, solution design, and value creation analysis.
  • Able to lead and collaborate with cross-domain teams for the strategy design and execution, with effective communication skills.
  • Advanced data analytical skills for E2E network data research.
  • Exposure in business and network consultancy.
  • Multi-vendor experience is favourable.
