This role is for a fixed term contract for a maximum of 2 years.
Project Manager is a critical role at Optus, responsible for leading the end-to-end project delivery ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Enterprise and Business customers. This includes overseeing the timely and efficient provisioning and modification of complex voice, data, and IP services.
Your day to day will consist of...
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded throughout the service lifecycle.
- Order Management: Manage the end-to-end provisioning process for complex voice, data, and IP services, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any delays.
- Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating seamless communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to service delivery.
- Communication: Provide regular progress reports and communication for internal and external customers, keeping them informed of order progress, service configuration, key milestones, and any provisioning challenges.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage in-depth product and system knowledge to optimize service delivery, address complex technical issues, and drive innovation.
What makes you perfect for the role?
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Telecommunications, Business Administration, IT) or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager within Telecommunications
- Experience working with Helix and order management systems.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Solid understanding of telecommunications products and services, including data, voice, and networking concepts.
