As a Sales Manager, NSW Enterprise Sales, this opportunity will allow you to propel the growth of our market within the NSW Enterprise Sales segment. 

 

Your day to day will consist of

  • Manage a portfolio of large enterprise customers to ensure their ICT service requirements are met.
  • Implement plans to grow customer by selling additional services to enterprise customers.
  • Focus on gaining new name accounts in the NSW Enterprise Market.
  • Lead efforts to gain new business with current customers.
  • Retain and grow new customers, transitioning them into the existing customer Account Management portfolio.
  • Manage and develop team members, ensuring effective territory planning, account allocation, and partner plans are in place to achieve their targets.

  • Proven leadership abilities to integrate team functions and derive maximum value and growth.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on driving growth.
  • Strong ability to plan carefully and follow through effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing sales teams and meeting expectations.
  • Ability to communicate and build positive relationships with senior leaders and key collaborators.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies and business plans.
  • Outstanding skills in territory management, account planning, and sales program execution.
