This role provides end-to-end operational and analytical support to ensure smooth deal execution, routing management, and commercial performance across international voice services. They will drive timely issue resolution and enable revenue and margin growth in the international voice wholesale space through focused commercial operations.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Execute and manage daily routing changes, ensuring all updates align with commercial objectives and international traffic requirements.
  • Support end‑to‑end deal management by preparing pricing inputs, entering Volume Commitments (VCs) and Transit Swaps into IVMS, and coordinating agreement execution and compliance.
  • Upload, verify, and maintain incoming and outgoing rate sheets with full accuracy, monitoring margins and identifying anomalies or underperformance.
  • Investigate and action fraud alerts, traffic anomalies, or quality issues, coordinating timely resolution with internal teams and international partners.
  • Identify route discrepancies, rate/code mismatches, and provide meaningful commercial insights to support commercial and operational decisions.
  • Assist with operational rollout of new commercial agreements and product changes, including establishing new connections, increasing capacity, or setting up dedicated trunks.

 

What You Bring

 

  • Experience in wholesale voice or telecom operations, including carrier relations, interconnects, LCR management, and adherence to CLI/ANI standards.
  • Hands‑on capability with IVMS or similar voice management systems for deal inputs, routing updates, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills across pricing, margins, and rate sheets, supported by advanced Excel (e.g., pivots) and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau.
  • Working knowledge of voice QoS KPIs (ASR, ACD) and the ability to support traffic and route optimisation decisions.
  • Awareness of telco fraud and risk (e.g., IRSF, Wangiri) with experience coordinating incident responses with internal and external partners.
  • Solid contract administration skills and the ability to communicate clearly, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
