About the role

Optus is seeking a Senior Customer Value Analyst to join our Base Insights team!

In this role you will be accountable for identifying business risks and opportunities within the customer base and market, develop data-driven actionable insights to drive execution that mitigate risks and realise opportunities, growing Optus market share and product holdings across the customer lifecycle.

If you are inquisitive and analytically minded we want to hear from you! You will be passionate about data relevance and accuracy; simplifying complexity to heighten focus and drive results of performance metrics, as well as the impact tracking of a large volume of customer initiatives providing insights so that key takeaways can be used for future campaigns.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Experience in Telco/Service industries is highly desirable!
  • Confirmed customer base management experience, with an ability to understand and work closely with channels
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a commercial approach
  • Ideally, you have worked operationally in cross functional roles
