This role is to act as the Senior ICT quoting specialist & advisor for our ICT customers and deliver the best customer experience. The ICT quoting specialist will be expected to use their extensive experience in vendor relationships, pricing negotiations, distribution channels, and deal registrations to produce the most competitive and market leading quotes for our strategic, enterprise and government customers.
Your day to day will consist of...
· Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring quoting and pricing needs are met, tackling any enquires the client may have, assisting in issue resolution, and ensuring post sales queries are directed to the correct teams
· Work autonomously as the key liaison between sales and vendors
· Supporting the sales team in the growth of ICT new business sales
· Working collaboratively with multiple teams across the business and our suppliers to ensure a smooth end to end transition from customer quote to order
· Develop a close working relationship with our preferred distributors and vendors
What makes you perfect for the role?
· Extensive experience in a service/sales/Sales support position working closely with customers and internal stakeholders
· Extensive experience in vendor relationships, pricing negotiations, distribution channels, and deal registrations
· Good understanding of ICT Products and Solutions
· Experience with IT Maintenance, SaaS and vendor subscriptions
