What makes you perfect for the role?

  • Thought leadership in the area of Customer and Channel strategy, including defining the future of Optus customer engagement across multiple channels
  • Bring insight into trends in customer interactions and expectations
  • Incubate new digital customer and channel ideas
  • Own strategic portfolio management including ensuring strategic plans align to and support our vision
  • Drive outcomes for the customer that further differentiate Optus
  • Experience working in consulting firms in Strategy and Digital Strategy formulation will set you up for success in the role
