This is a large two-year program to refresh the LAN/WAN/ Wi-Fi platforms onto Aruba technology as well as integrating with the shared common services and Optus management platforms as well as AWS and Zscaler.  All successful candidates will need to be Australian Citizens and be able to be security cleared for the program.

The Service Management Architect is responsible for developing & reviewing detailed customer technical designs, bills of materials and Client proposals, both in response to ongoing operational in-contract needs and in major project Change Request scenarios.

  • Architectural design and documentation of the converged Network environments as a high level Design Authority
  • Deliver a high level of technical advice and expertise to support, identify and provide new technical solutions and maintain architectural integrity
  • Responsibility for the design of complex business solutions that integrate all data, voice, video communications and systems components into an effective network
  • Engagement with Vendor Sales/Systems Engineers

It starts with you!

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or Engineering field.
  • Proven technical experience, with exposure to pre-sales/Embedded Architect experience (at senior IT / executive level).
  • Experience in developing detailed customer technical designs, bills of materials and Client proposals.
  • Detailed understanding of one or more of the following technology areas: · Data Networks (HP Aruba, Juniper and/or Cisco, routing & switching), Security, Server, Storage and cloud technologies, Network toolsets, reporting platforms and other related technology.
  • You must be an Australian citizen and be eligible for Federal Government security clearance.
