Your day to day will consist of...

  • Assessing site designs for cost efficiencies and proposing alternative design scheme that more economical to build.
  • Provide advice to Optus PMO colleagues and Supplier on economical design solutions.
  • Assess the validity of all high Price Exclusion (PE) and Variation cost submitted by Suppliers in relation to estimated site delivery costs and in accordance with contracted pricing and terms
  • Conduct site audit site checks for cost efficiency
  • Conduct field trails of new site solutions, report on outcomes of trials, document Methods of Procedures and Work Instructions where required

What makes you perfect for the role?

  • Bachelor’s degrees of Engineering (preferrable) or similar qualification in a related field
  • Significant program delivery experience in telecommunications internal, external infrastructure construction or ICT industry
  • Expert knowledge of telecommunications Internal and external infrastructure construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
  • Extensive knowledge in Mobile site design and build methodologies, and site pricing activities
