This role's core function is to focus on the consolidation, simplification and automation of risk controls across the enterprise and hold internal customers accountable to their responsibilities within the Program. You will act in a customer service function, focused on educating internal customers and business partners on corporate policies, procedures, and applicable industry and government regulations.


Primary responsibilities:


  • Risk management, supporting services and teams managing issues and actions to ensure successful delivery of the supplier risk framework;
  • Establish relationships & trust with internal teams across the group (including but not limited to Information Security, Cyber Risk & Sustainability) to ensure compliance to risk governance, as well as understanding key challenges and determine solutions to meet these needs;
  • Undertake regular analysis and updates on the Supplier Risk Module (SRM) tool, both operationally and at a functional level;
  • Be an advocate for supplier risk management, including the delivery of training and support where required;
  • Other ongoing projects related to supplier risk, as appropriate; &
  • Ensure any changes to the Supplier Risk governance are made and communicated in a timely manner.


Required Qualifications:


  • Degree qualified in a Business / Technical discipline;
  • Experience with compliance, supplier risk management, sourcing / procurement, legal or related;
  • Has a strong understanding of multiple risk areas such as Anti-Bribery, Information Security, Cyber Security, Reputational and Financial risks;
  • Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative, and ability to operate effectively as a standout colleague;
  • Experience interacting and fostering open dialogue with colleagues and internal departments in a professional setting; &
  • Strong analytical skills.
