Join Optus as a Technical Support Advisor – Collaboration, where you’ll deliver advanced support for UC and VC platforms to Enterprise and Government customers. This role involves troubleshooting, change management and rapid response while working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.If you have deep expertise in Cisco Collaboration, Microsoft Teams, and AudioCodes SBC, this is your opportunity to make an impact
Your day to day will consist of
- Provide technical support for Cisco Collaboration Suite and Microsoft Teams Calling.
- Configure and troubleshoot voice gateways, voicemail, and call handling systems.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding and troubleshoot Cisco Webex endpoints.
- Monitor and collect logs using RTMT and resolve complex collaboration issues.
- Mentor team members and assist with escalated technical problems.
- Participate in change management, rapid response and restoration
What makes you perfect for the role?
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Collaboration Suite (CUCM, CUC, UCCX, UCCE).
- Expertise in Microsoft Teams Calling and Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) solutions.
- Knowledge of AudioCodes and/or Oracle SBC and voice gateway protocols (SIP, H.323, MGCP)
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot voicemail, call handlers, and auto attendants.
- Familiarity with Webex Control Hub and Cisco endpoint troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills with ITIL framework experience.
- Desirable: Cisco Collaboration and Microsoft Teams certifications.
- Experience implementing AudioCodes SBC in Azure and managing PSTN connectivity options.
