We are seeking a Manager, EME Governance to ensure regulatory compliance with all issues in EME, within Optus and with our Suppliers and Vendors. The EME Manager is expected to work collaboratively with Mobile Deployment to ensure consistency in EME Management.
 

The day to day
 

  • Provide Technical EME Compliance expertise across the business
  • Ensuring that Singtel Optus align with all regulatory EME requirements
  • Provide EME Compliance Governance to procurement
  • Provide technical EME Compliance advice to site solution design planning
  • Leading EME regulatory Compliance practices
  • Undertake Audit and Inspections
  • Keep abreast of both National and International developments and ensure Optus is represented in Industry and Regulatory Forums relating to EME


Why you are our next Manager, EME Governance
 

  • Bachelor degree qualification in Telecommunications/IT/Electronic Engineering
  • Confirmed technical experience running EME / RF is crucial, within telecommunications environment or broadcast.
  • Superior understanding of EME Legal Framework
  • Understanding of 2G/3G/4G /5G from network architecture perspective
  • You are solutions based with deep subject matter expertise, providing support and direction to both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding the various network elements, network configurations and associated data
