Make an Impact by:
- Maintain Networks Group Business Continuity Management (BCM) Policy & Guidelines and Networks Group BCM Plan.
- Drive and manage the entire BCM program to successfully achieve ISO 22301 re-certification.
- Perform advisory role in assisting Department BCM Coordinators to prepare their respective departmental Risk Analysis, Business Impact Analysis and Business continuity plans.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within to closely review and assess risk/threats arising from changes in the regulatory, organization structure, people, process and environment.
- Lead in the planning & execution of annual BCM exercise to test the BU BCM plan.
- Perform advisory role to stakeholders assisting Department BCM Coordinators to prepare their respective Department BCM Plans and their BCM exercises.
- Implement programmes such as BCM-related training modules or workshops to improve BCM Awareness.
- Perform the role of secretariat supporting Chairman of Crisis Management Team in event of a crisis.
- Drive automation to improve the efficiency of BCM activities.
Skills For Success:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 years experience working in a similar role doing Business Continuity Management Programme. Prior working experience in Telecommunications or Information Technology Company would be an advantage.
- Good report writing skills, conversant in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Project.
- Strong leadership qualities and able to motivate the team to drive desired outcome.
- Must be also a strong team player with strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Strong sense of urgency to be able to deliver desired outcomes in a timely manner.
